Anyone else hacking away in the recruiting, talent search space?

Nectr (https://nectr.network) is a platform that allows IT professionals to accurately build a free and shareable profile of their skills, experience and availability. We're early stage (MVP+). Our next push will be to allow those professionals to create genuine, uncontrived networks of colleagues (sort of like LinkedIn without all the humble bragging and connection requests from 'left field').
