Anyone have experience switching from Substack?

Hey guys,

I have been contemplating switching away from Substack for The Flywheel for all the reasons you can find in another thread here.

My question is whether anyone has any recent experience actually taking your subscribers from Substack to another platform. If so, could you share your experience - what was easy, what was hard, what mistakes did you make, etc.
