Anyone here with a B2C app?

I've started listening to Indie Hackers and Startups for the Rest of Us - very good podcasts with invaluable info, but one thing I noticed is that pretty much every guest has a B2B business, usually SaaS. I understand this is usually the better way to go as businesses have more money and are more willing to spend, but my partners and I learned that too late (lol).

We have an app called Chap - a chore and organizational tool. So far, we get a steady ~30ish new members a day, but our churn is very high and our subscription rate low. We are pinpointing issues and releasing a huge update/revamp in March though, which should hopefully address a lot of these issues.

Anyway, I wanted to make this point to see if there are other B2C app founders out there. Would love to connect and really share insights on what's been working/not working for you. I am on the marketing side of things, so it would be cool to talk to others on that side, but anyone is welcome to reply!

Hi, idk how much insight I have since I’m just starting, but I’m in a similar B2C space. I’m starting a time management app targeted at college students
