Here's a quick hint. Try reaching out to newsletters 5x your size. Instead of trading one shoutout for one shoutout. Give them the offer that you'll shout in your newsletter 5 times for each shoutout they do.
Your outreach would have more impact. Even getting only one shoutout a week from a newsletter with 1k plus will increase your subs way more than 1 with 100 subs every week.
I checked out your page, if I just put in "Kuration.email" I get an error. you might want to fix that. and then finally got to your substack page and I realized every edition has the same description. You might want to fix that to help improve users looking through the editions.
