Anyone needs (help with) ideas?

I would like to help some IndieDevs / Entrepreneurs by working out ideas and plan for strategy. That could be strategy (product, marketing, brand), product or even dev related stuff.

One condition: you are already live and have at least 1 customer or sale.

What‘s in it for me?
My hope is, that doing this with 2-3 projects - without me being the one who has to implement all of it - that This would help me learn to better delegate todos. I need that practice before i will hire my first employee.

And you might become richer with some ideas. Even if you don‘t like them, they might inspire a good idea in your own mind.

So, who has a project he/she wants to discuss?

P.S. Not looking to „steal“ ideas, i have already too many myself. If you worry about things like that, we wouldn‘t work well together. Please don‘t comment.

Also if you‘re not ready to actually turn what we discuss into action, please let‘s not waste our time. Of course, we have to discuss ideas, but if you don‘t act on the ones you are convinced about, i will abort the mission immediately.

Might sound harsh, but it doesn‘t work for me any other way.
