Anyone open to a knowledge swap?

Hi everyone!

If there's helpful information I can share, and you fit any of the profiles below, I'd love to find an hour where we could swap knowledge with each other: 30 min of you asking me questions, and then 30 min of me asking you questions?

Primary areas I can contribute to are AI for enterprise and startups. My background:

• Have been an engineer, tech lead, and manager for 12 years. The past 8 years building AI for enterprise.
• Spent 4.5 years as a founder of an AI project management company. Had a team of 10 and $400k+ ARR
• Raised $4m in VC funding
• Worked in biochemistry and molecular biology for 3 years, but this was a decade ago so probably less helpful

If any of that could be useful to you, I'm looking for anyone who is a:

• Commercial real estate investor or builder or has gone through due diligence for 100ish real estate deals a year
• Owner of or investor in automobile aftermarket support shops (repair shops, distributor of aftermarket parts, etc)
• Have paid for someone to come fix or maintain your home but would have rather done DIY for it

I'm exploring a few different areas. I'd love to learn as much as possible, and this could be a fun way to do it. If you're interested let me know which one of the above you'd be able to share about, and what you're most interested to learn from me! Would love to set up time.
