Apply AI to this Niche

I have been publishing a subscriber-based, construction news website for the last 10yrs. I work FT in the business and have some PT help and consultants etc. This is a lucrative niche but I need help finding content and applying new technology. With 10yrs worth of construction project data (and contacts) could an AI app be created to harvest, analyze, parse, and otherwise repackage this content?
