Are there any useful tools for interview management?

Hi Indie Hackers! As the customer validation, I'm looking for the useful tool to manage all interviewees in one place.

Currently, I use spreadsheet to manage interview pipeline and notion to take insights from potential customers.
However, I always struggle to update the all information🤣

Please advice me the best way to manage 100 interviewees easily.
