Are you doing a website UX audit? If yes, how?

People care about UI more than about UX. And it's a huge mistake because UX is of the same importance. Or even more important, I would say.
Here is a UX Audit guide with a UX checklist created by designers with extensive experience in designing websites that really work.

    Hello Nastia,

you're right. People care more about UI than UX.

The problem with the topic is that many people don't understand the difference between UX and UI design. Sometimes they even mix all three terms at the same time.

UX audits of websites are a good method and can be used to achieve many relevant goals.

Unfortunately, UX audits of enterprise applications cannot optimize all aspects (e.g. increase in the conversion rate). Other rules apply, such as the time of task completion.

The art in the field of UX / UI design is to go from the "make it beautiful" level to "this will bring you more $$$".

In the B2B environment, the manager understands numbers such as turnovers, profit, ROI and COI (cost of inaction). With a vivid example, you can get his attention and get to the UX audit faster, even in the enterprise environment.

    Many success!

I'm looking forward to your feedback. :)
