As a DAO, what are the biggest issues/challenges you're facing at the moment?

testing or developing a product at the lowest cost...technical skills might help a lot with that but then the other problem is finding someone who is willing and able to work on something with the risk of a seed-stage venture or a very early startup ie no clear pay-offs til down the line...not really interested in contractors or seasoned pros who can only work for up-front payment so in short a CTO & or technical lead.
