Ask IH: Affordable Proofreading service/tool?

Hi there.
I'm looking for an affordable proofreading service or a tool.
Many services charge rates that are close to those of ordering the whole article.
I'm looking for something approachable for personal use - mainly blog writing here and there. I'd say maybe up to 5,000 words a month.
I'm already using Grammarly, but that's not enough.
Any suggestions?
