Maybe Amazon Fresh has an API?
I tried to do this myself a while ago and couldn't find one either. I ended up abandoning the whole idea because it was too technically complicated, but the plan was to use automated browsers to login and order groceries on demand through the user interface. This is non-trivial to do in a way that's reliable and handles errors and website changes well. But it was the only way I could figure out how to do it. There are a few automations for groceries on IFTTT and Zapier too, but I haven't seen any for placing orders.
