Ask IH: How do stay organized with a day job?

Hey Indiehackers,

how do you stay organized and don't lose focus? Especially if you still have a day job.

I find it very challenging to use the time I have left besides my day job.

Therefore, I created a system where I basically have a to-do list with tasks that I have to regularly and a kanban board with programming issues I want to finish.
