I've tried starting a few things, and they seems to fizzle out because I don't get traction/work enough to determine if there's product-market fit.
Lately I've been talking to founders who are looking to sell (microacquire/empire flippers/etc) and looking at funding options (unsecured funding/revenue based funding/SBA loans) to use for a purchasing.
It seems that buying a business with product-market fit would be a better fit for my current skills.
(I currently help run a wholesale natural stone distributorship and helped scale from <$5M/year to >$17M/year in 5 years.)
Has anyone here bought a Saas doing ~$20-30K/year and successfully scaled it? What was your experience like? Any learnings?
Hi Dhruv, thanks for sharing your journey and for posting this question. Are you interested in buying a company? I have spoken to a lot of interesting professionals in that space and would love to connect further.
