Hello to all fellow Indie Hackers,
I got to a point where my company just needs some sort of internal knowledge wiki, to share documentation.
I was using Github markdown documents so far for developers, but it's not super convenient because it's not practical to add images, as you have to upload them to a separate server.
Also, I need something for the customer support staff and the content creation teams.
In the past, I used Confluence and other similar tools, but I never liked the ones I used.
My question is, how do you handle internal documentation in your company?
Do you use a Wiki, or just google drive and folders of documents?
The problem for that approach is search, it's hard to find something.
Do you use different tools for the development team than the rest of the company for documentation?
I'm looking for a wiki-style cloud software that allows me to create a private documentation website, and that is user friendly both for developers and for non-technical staff.
what software did you use in your company and why?
Thank you for any insight on that, cheers everyone.
