- Ask to review after positive user experience. (Installing an app successfully is not a positive user experience 😅)
- View, analyze, and reply to reviews faster using api or third-party tools like Appfollow.
- Reply to positive reviews as well.
- Top 3 relevant reviews are shown in the play store and app store. Keep them positive.
Oh, I do a variation of this:
When dealing with customer support, I ask for a review when they praise my app.
And only then, never anytime else lol.
That's how you get glowing reviews, because unless your app is terrible and they had a very negative experience with it, people don't usually leave a review for something not worth mentioning.
