How to ship XXX As A Service?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for the easiest way to set up a Coffee as a service / tea as a service business.
What's the easiest way / platform to set up a similar business model?
Does anybody has any experience in recurrent shipping of physical products?

      I suppose that the most difficult part in shipping low value products is trying to reduce the shipping cost.

      Have you ever shipped something similar? Did you managed to get a good deal with a shipping company?
