🍜 Becoming Ramen Profitable with a Side Hustle, What Next?

Fellow hackers!

Hope life is good wherever you are, and whatever you’re up to.

My little bootstrapped humble side hustle has been doing well recently, and we’ve been ramen profitable for some time now.

Looking to get some of your thoughts on next steps. I think I know the answer but I thought it’d make an interesting discussion.

I have a relatively successful consultancy company that brings in good money, which I thoroughly enjoy.

On the side, we started our little business which is now doing well, but with that comes the dilemma of it begins to absorb more and more time.

I’m now facing the issue of, if it continues growing the way it does, I don’t want the quality of either to fade.

I have options in my head, but I don’t want to write them just to see what the IH community thinks and what you would do, or have done in this position.

Cheers!

You could obviously hire someone to do some of the work for the side project and try to make yourself redundant for routine work, or increase prices to slow down growth and work, and increase profitability, or you sell a part as partial exit and find a partner. Is there scope for automating thing and streamlining processes in either business?

I am not in the luxury position of having to share my time between two successful privacy, so the above is just an opinion.
