Best AI-powered customer support solutions?

Hi everyone! Hope you all are having a great Monday.

I run an online store where I build and sell website templates for several CMS's. Support is my longest time expense, and I'm looking at ways to cut down the support times.

With the recent OpenAI breakthroughs, I was hoping to find an AI-powered customer support tool that I could integrate into my support workflow.

Basically, my ideal solution would be a tool where I could feed it my product documentation, and then have it interact with the user in a front-end chat sourcing info from my product documentation. If it's unable to resolve the user's issue, it directs the inquiry to me.

A lot of the inquiries I receive are very systematic, with minor customizations required to tailor to the user's specific scenario. That's why I think a GPT-3.5-API powered solution could be very effective.

I did some Google research but all the tools seem focused on enterprise. Does anyone know of any tools oriented towards solo-preneurs for this sort of thing?
