Best brainstorming techniques for small teams?
Hey everyone,
what do you think about brainstorming for small teams? Like 3-5 people. I'm searching for methods for generating those really "out of the box" ideas and i know SWOT, and mindmaps are not gonna help me here. Methods like 6 thinking hats are cool but for a team of 4, it's not really effective.
Thinking of trying:
- Rapid ideation
- Figure storming
- short 1-to-1 meets with switching every 20 minutes and then do one last hour altogether with a team
Do you have any advice on what you tried, what was fun and made you open your mind?
