Best forum-type community tool with hands-off management

Hi All- I am looking for a forum tool with two features, and hoping this fantastic community can help!

• Members get points for engaging and helping others? kind of like Reddit
• Members can have their bio page that other members can visit.

I want to test my hypothesis that these will increase the desire to engage if I give rewards (like course discounts) based on points. The Bio page will help members sell their services/products, and more engagement means more traffic to their page.
