Best solution to make our SaaS data accessible for non-technical employees?

Hello Indie Hackers community,

I run a SaaS with a team and I want to make some data accessible to everyone in my company. (users data for exemple)

Our database is MySQL and I want to know if someone here know a solution for just "plug" our database, select what datas I want to show for employees and eventually, let employees update some fields (disable an user for exemple)
