Best stocks and options pricing and trading API?

Wondering what's the best financial data (stocks, options) API that people have found? I've looked through these three but not sure I love any of them:

• https://datashop.cboe.com/cboe-all-access-api
• https://eodhistoricaldata.com

Anyone have experience paying for these and/or have suggestions on another API that is better for options specifically?
