Best tech stack for VSL / appointment booking landing page

I'm non-technical and struggle to stitch together the best tech stack for a simple landing page. This landing page will feature a headline, subheadline, video sales letter (VSL) and a link to book an appointment on my calendar.

Any strong opinions?
