Happy thanksgiving month everyone!
I am starting this thread so you can share your potential Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for your products and get feedback from each other. This can be a test ground for your deals before you hit the market. And we all will get a chance to try your products and get good deals.
Disclaimer: I have an old whole-hearted wish to create a marketplace of early black-friday deals as a standalone website. Hope to make a simple version this time exclusive for indiehackers. Atleast if not a full blown site, then this thread is it.

We've run Black Friday deals in the past and they worked at getting sign ups for the month of November. The deal was a month of emailing for $1. But we found that most fo these sign ups only used the product for that month and cancelled as soon as they would start having to pay full price.
We're hoping a smaller discount for a longer period of time might attract higher quality customers. But we'll wait and see!
