Recently moved T.LY's blog from a subdomain to t.ly/blog. I decided to turn WordPress into headless mode and just use the API and render the post. It gives you a lot more flexibility, but you have to do more work initially.
Just curious, did you happen to see any SEO benefits since doing this?
Not 100% sure but T.LY has been moving up in rank for search terms such as "link shortener" and "URL shortener". I've also been working on promoting the site and writing content for the blog.
Nice! Yeah I know it can be difficult to tell with many things going on. I'll likely switch my blog over as well.
