Awesome stuff Bruno, I just have 2 questions
Hey @flightfoot! π
The first startup was an Instagram scraping tool called Instaprimed, but we had to shut down due to platform risk.
Yup, we pretty much exclusively use our own product for feedback collection, customer communication, issue management, and changelogs.
It's really useful to be a power user of your own product - you come up with so many feature ideas and find out the little annoyances that others won't bother to tell you.
Building on top of existing market and product is a great idea for anybody who just getting started with solopreneurship as it removed the market validation part because it already exists.
The only problem is how you want to compete with other, if the market is a big market then you will have your own piece of pie but if it a small market, it will be harder.
I am trying the same tactics, which is using the existing market ( for me in seo research tool checkout and let me know your feedback creativeblogtopic.com π ) . It going to be hard one to compete but will be interesting journey.
