Build admin panels without code (or only when you really want to)

Hi hi!

We have chatted with 100+ developers, and one thing was consistent:

Developers hate building admin panels

(We even put this on our homepage 😆)

Anyway, so we built a Notion-like interface for developers to quickly build their admin panels—essentially CRUD for their database—all without coding components and writing SQL. It seems to resonate with developers as we are getting 5-10 signups organically every day!

But developers want to be able to add their code if they want to and not be restricted by full no-code tools. So recently, we released a new feature that allows developers to build custom plugins for their admin panels (e.g. a Stripe plugin to display Stripe subscription info for their customers).

A question we ask ourselves now is: So are we no-code, low-code, or what?

I realized most low-code tools still require users to be technical while no-code tools can be quite limiting.

We are trying to take the best of both. What we are doing is that you can quickly build a functional admin panel without code. But when you really need to (e.g. very specific needs), you can extend your admin panel with your code.
