This is a reminder for myself as well as anyone else that's up and running with a product. We can talk all day about how important customer feedback is, but practically, unless it's built into your product lifecycle it risks getting pushed to the side very easily.

One of the unique ways I'm doing this with Cereal, since a lot of my customers run discord servers, is to have them add me on discord. This takes away another piece of friction to conversation and feedback.
