Building 24picture: an all-in-one AI image toolkit for creators

Hi Indie Hackers! 👋

We built 24picture because creating with AI still feels too fragmented.

For one project, we kept switching between multiple tools: one for text-to-image, one for image editing, one for upscaling, one for headshots, and another for restoring old photos. It was slow, expensive, and messy.

So we started building 24picture — an all-in-one AI image toolkit that brings these workflows into one place. Right now, users can generate images from text, edit images, upscale photos, and use specialized tools for things like anime art, portraits, logos, tattoos, wallpapers, and more.

Our goal is simple: make AI image creation easier and more affordable for creators, designers, and indie makers.

We’re still early, still improving, and building in public. If you try it, I’d genuinely love your feedback on:

- the product positioning

- the pricing

- which generator or workflow we should improve next

We also made the entry price very low for early users:

Starter starts at $1.99, and IH friends can use code LAUNCH1 for $1 off.

Would love to hear what you think.

The fragmentation in AI workflows usually kills the creative flow because you spend more time managing tabs than actually designing. Consolidation is definitely the move but the real hurdle is maintaining high quality across so many different specialized models. Do you find that users are sticking to one specific toolkit or are they actually using the full multi-tool workflow?

Nice insights! I tried something similar and my experience was that [short experience]. Your approach seems more refined though.
