Building A Community? Let Me Help!
I'm looking to connect with anyone planning to build a community. The popular choices seem to be Slack and Discord. These tools are great 'chat tools' but they're limited in their offering when it comes to building a community.
I"m building a platform where you can build your own community in much better and efficient way. I'd love to offer an early demo of my software. If you are interested, please comment below and let me know.
I'm curious about what your service offers that's different from Discord.
Very different from Discord; but it can have Discord's functionality. Discord is a chat-platform that works for gaming communities. These communities rely on real-time/chat content and don't optimize for evergreen content.
For example, if you create a useful resource for your community, like an article or a discussion - it's only available for 2-3 days; and then it's lost in the chat-log forever; unless someone searches for it.
If you want, I'd love to show you how we solve multiple problems that Discord creates for communities.
PS: I'm not against Discord. It's a great chat tool for teams; but a bad community platform.
