Building an MVP (Alpha?) version: Taking a page out of the Rob Walling playbook

I have always been a bit on the lurking side of an indiehacker, as I've always had entrepreneurial traits, but it seems to be longer and longer between me launching anything.

As such, I partnered up with a buddy in order to get some accountability, and we're following the tried-and-trusted tools and best practices of much smarter people.

Namely, we are launching Cleanaide (https://www.cleanaide.tech/), and starting out 'marketing the day you start coding'. So that's what we're doing. Literally just finished the landing page, and thought we'd share.

We're not moving particularly fast, but trying to do things "right", ie. focusing on not wasting time. The thing we're focused on is making (very) small incremental changes, that we can then adjust by.

The hard part is that I've convinced myself that I'm fairly smart, so I always dream big and think big. It's a flaw I certainly have identified and trying to fix, in this case by following, quite strictly, the process of those who came before me :-)

I hope this could be an opportunity to share more reading and spread the word a bit, as we slowly start adding things to one of our earliest Alpha tests.

Excited about the process!
