Hey IH,
Got a $340 GitHub Actions bill last month. For a 3-person side project. On macOS runners I didn't realize cost 8x more than Ubuntu.
Tried to find a calculator. Everything required signup or was behind a dashboard. Nothing just said "paste YAML → see cost."
So I built one. Then realized the same problem existed for Firebase, Netlify, Docker Hub, Supabase — no simple free calculator anywhere.
Built 12 total. Launched 10 days ago. Zero promotion. 170+ users organically.
