Building is now different

For most of my life, ideas weren't the problem. I've had more of them than I could count. The real bottleneck was always the same: cost. Building anything meaningful meant assembling a team, securing funding, or dedicating years to a side project that might never ship.

That constraint just shifted.

In the last 4.5 months, I built four separate projects: a PHP framework, an app builder, a marketing application, and a book planning, writing, and publishing platform. Four distinct ideas that would have each taken a solid team months or years to execute. They all happened in the same timeframe because the barrier to execution has fundamentally changed.

I'm not talking about speed for speed's sake. I'm talking about what's now possible that wasn't before—not because I'm special, but because the tools and platforms available to solo builders have genuinely evolved.

This matters because somewhere on your "someday" list, there's a project you shelved. A tool you wanted to build. A problem you wanted to solve. The economics of building it just changed. Not theoretically. Literally.
