Building the course "Build Cloud Apps in Go"

Hi everyone! I'm Markus, an indie hacker from Aarhus, Denmark. This year I've started building a new online course for Go developers, called "Build Cloud Apps in Go". (Go is a popular programming language started at Google.)

Lessons learned so far this year, in no particular order:

• Writing great learning content is hard, very fun, and takes a lot of time.
• I really like building my own course creation software in Go. It forces me to practice exactly what I teach.
• Always thinking about marketing in parallel to course creation is so essential.
• "Building a Storybrand" by Donald Miller is a great introduction to thinking storytelling into marketing. Still trying to implement the framework in it.
• My favorite IH podcast episode so far is #98, with Adam Wathan of TailwindCSS fame.
• I love the thought of being a teacher!
