Building TourKit: From Zero Onboarding to AI-Powered Tours (Update)
Quick update on TourKit.
After 3+ months of building, I'm getting close to launch (in ~2 weeks).
What I improved recently:
- Better AI integration with Cursor
- More stable selectors
- Planning rich media (video + image) tours
- Dashboard polish
Biggest lesson so far:
Don't wait for "perfect". Ship ugly, then improve.
