Built a job tool out of frustration. Not ambitious.

A few months ago I kept running into the same thing: job ads that looked decent at first, remote, decent pay, modern tools. ...but turned out to be Frankenstein monsters stitched together with low pay, vague duties, and 3 managers pinging you on Slack asking for different “priorities.”
One wanted me to know AI. The second wanted me to create Airtable dashboards. The third said “we're a startup so wear many hats.”
Translation: do everything, get paid nothing.
I started collecting red flags manually. Rewriting job ads in plain English just to see what they were actually saying.
Then I got tired of doing that, so I built something small to do it for me.
It's not revolutionary. It doesn't use AGI. It just scans the job ad and tells you:
does this smell like corporate bullshit or not?
At some point I realized I might not be the only one burned out of fake “dream roles” that turn into glorified admin jobs with a ChatGPT account stapled on top. So now I'm polishing the tool a bit, testing it with real use cases, and trying not to drown in imposter syndrome while doing it.

I'm genuinely curious how many of us are building stuff not because we're inspired, but because we're sick of being lied to.
