The problem: I'm a senior developer who's technically competent but terrified of the people management aspects of becoming a Tech Lead.
My solution: A web app that simulates realistic Tech Lead scenarios where I (and others) can practice making decisions and get AI feedback without real consequences.

Lots of senior devs feel technically ready but worry about the soft skills
Building this actually made me more confident about eventually making the jump
