Built a small AI tool to simplify confusing documents — would love honest validation

Hey IndieHackers,
I’m working on a product idea and would really appreciate some early validation from this community.

I’m building MyDocuNest — a simple tool that uses AI to read complicated documents and explain them in clear language.

Most people struggle with things like:

insurance policies

rental contracts

bank agreements

subscriptions

legal clauses they don’t fully understand

The prototype is very early, but it already does:
✔ AI summary of any document
✔ key points & deadlines
✔ risk & fee detection
✔ plain-English explanation
✔ basic document storage

I’m trying to learn two things:
1️⃣ Do people actually want this enough to use it?
2️⃣ Is the problem painful enough to justify a product?

If you have 1–2 minutes, you can upload any document (PDF) and see how the AI explains it.
Then just tell me what you think — good, bad, useless, valuable, anything.

I’d love to hear:

Would you personally use this?

What feature would matter most to you?

What’s missing for it to feel valuable?

Is the “document clarity” space worth building in?

Happy to answer any questions.
Thanks IH community — your feedback will directly shape what I build next.
