Built in No Code - Free Valuations and Forecasting
Hello all! I just launched a passion project of mine called Pital & Co. Pital & Co allows founders, business owners, and investors to get valuations and forecasts for their businesses in seconds instead of minutes. Using machine learning, our valuations use real-time current market conditions to provide you with foolproof valuations (even pre-revenue businesses). You can even watch your valuation change over time and see how your business decisions are impacting the underlying value of your business/how the changes in the market affect your valuation. Our forecasting service allows people to obtain their Revenue and Cash Flow projections instantly with minimal thought.
I built this for my own personal use with my current businesses I run and thought I would share it as many people have asked me to utilize it.

Hay Joe, I'm in the financial industry, but this isn't in my current bag, but I can see how it would be helpful. One thing you may want to do as a take away is add a video of the project actually working in real time by sharing your desktop. Put a squeeze section that you can capture interested people for a personal or online custom viewing. Your sign up for free is a good idea as long as you can convert them to paying customers. How do these valuations get set, based on market conditions and other Comps or startups that have funding rounds publicized?

Hey Michael! Thank you so much! For our multiple valuations, it is based on live, current market conditions! This makes it almost foolproof and unarguable by investors, etc compared to a DCF which is way more subjective. It also gives you the ability to see how your valuation changes as live market multiples change. I like to look at it as "what you would get in the market". We do offer DCF valuations though as well and then weight the multiple and DCF based on the current stage of your company.
I was thinking of adding a third valuation type using startups/funding rounds but believe that those are still extremely arguable since they are not really "fair value" per se. I want to create fool-proof valuations and limit subjectiveness. I would love to hear feedback if you or others think that may be something I should add?
A quant by trade, I built the machine learning algo's hard coding with R and then packaged it into an API using Bubble.io to build the front end. I am an avid Bubbler and have been for years!
