Built PartyCall: Automate Event Invitations, WhatsApp Reminders & RSVP Tracking

After months of building and testing, I'm excited to share PartyCall, a platform designed to simplify event invitation management and RSVP tracking.
One thing I kept noticing was that whether it's a company event, team outing, startup meetup, birthday, wedding, or community gathering, organizers still spend hours manually:
Sending WhatsApp invitations
Following up with people who haven't responded
Calling guests individually
Managing spreadsheets
Trying to estimate the final headcount
We built PartyCall to automate that entire workflow.

The reusable guest-list feature seems especially valuable for people who organize events repeatedly, while weddings and birthdays are often one-off needs. Are HR teams and event professionals the main customers you want first, or do you expect individual hosts to be just as important?
Automating RSVP tracking is such a specific, real pain point — anyone who's manually chased people for a headcount knows the pain. Does it integrate directly with WhatsApp's API, or is it more of a wrapper around existing group chat behavior?

The interesting part isn't automating invitations—it's removing all the manual coordination that starts after you hit send.
That feels like a much clearer problem to own.
