Can a simple idea be a winning idea?

For some reason, I always feel like others' SaaS are more complex and well-rounded than mine. And honestly I don't really have the time to build complicated MVPs.

So I've been focusing on solving small problems or inconveniences like how my recent AI grammar/spelling checker ( https://desktoptools.net/grammarsen ) aims to more quickly deliver corrected text than manually tabbing over to chatgpt.

But with these small tools, it means that there's more competition from small and big players. I'm also unsure how to market such products. What do you think?
