Can the lifetime deal be calculated in MRR?

My Side Project offers two pricing strategies， LTD(lifetime Deals) and Subscription Membership(SaaS Deals)

I know essentially it shouldn't, but if the monthly lifetime deal sales are much higher than the subscription deal, can it be counted?
