I've spent the more recent years of my professional life rolling my eyes at buzzwords like AI, machine learning, and blockchain, and have therefore avoided using them to describe our own product like the plague. However, what we have fits the very definition of Narrow AI or Weak AI, so we've decided to get over ourselves and embrace it.
