Knowledge bases usually also have a wiki component. If this is just enterprise search, is it really fair for you to call it a knowledge base?

I don't quite agree with you. Knowledge bases may or may not have a wiki component. You can chose what you want added to the "knowledge" and customize your GPT based on that
