Chrome extension user count stuck - any idea?
For ~10 days, the user count on the Google store page of my extension is stuck.
On my stats page it says 437 for 19th jan. but 381 on the chrome web store:

Any idea on what's going on?
I can't find anything on that and I'm reluctant to contact support as it's always complicated with Google...
I have the same problem, the user count is stuck and has not moved in a few days 🧐. My initial thought was that maybe they update once a day then maybe once a week but apparently not?... Google is forsure not know for their responsive support team but I was surprised when I got a quick reply to a question I had about the chrome store a few weeks ago, so I would try the contact form they have in the dev console.
Oh, if I'm not the only one it's kind of reassuring ;)
They'll probably fix that soon.
@ThomasMalicet, I just got this. Seems like they aware and are working on it.
