Cloakist's churn story

Hey everyone - sharing the thread here of how Cloakist experienced some pretty grim churn because of the way the product worked in the early stages.

I'm hoping this might have useful insights for people just starting out with a new project. The big lesson is 'don't feel bad about churn at the start because it's probably not that unusual'.

Would be interested if any other more experienced founders agree with that!
