So I recently read this article (https://erikbern.com/2021/11/30/storm-in-the-stratosphere-how-the-cloud-will-be-reshuffled.html) by Erik Bernhardsson, whom I don't know personally, but really appreciated the "theory crafting" and high-order considerations presented in the article.
I've often thought about what an indie product (or more specifically: a micropreneur offering) in the cloud tooling/managed-service space might look like.
I'm curious if there might be other Indie hackers already making cloud-tooling or cloud managed services. Hoping to see if anyone else had thoughts on this article here at indiehackers, and if they might share any references to micro startups that are targeting managed services for cloud apps.
I'm curious and starting my own research and thinking in this direction so any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
I too sometimes wonder what a nice microsaas offering in this area could be. Granted, "cloud tooling/managed-service" is a massive space.
To come up with ideas I:
Best example I know (and admire) is https://railsautoscale.com/, which provides a simple service, even one that Heroku offers themselves, but simply much, much better.
