Code images api?
Hello everyone!
I recently had an idea for a small project but I am not sure if anyone would use or need this.
Basically the idea is you would send a snippet of code to the API, and it will return a nice looking image of the code. Similar to carbon.now.sh.
Let me now what you think!
Carbon is free and working on an API. In order to compete with it, you'd need to find a pain that's costing people either serious time or, better yet, money.
You don't want to just think about whether people will use it, you want to know if it's a painful enough problem for them to want to spend money on it, which is a much higher bar. Have you thought of an angle for that?
Yeah, I think I need to do some more research.
