Cofounder Looking to Help Fellow Entrepreneurs: Dev + Design + CX

Hi founders!

I’m Elena Newton, Techstars Anywhere ’20 Alumna, and Co-Founder & CTO / CXO of Xmetryx. After looking at funding options, my Co-Founder and I decided to take the path less traveled and continue bootstrapping. Our product, TrustMetryx, is fully baked and will (for now) be part of my co-founder's professional services offering. That gives me bandwidth to do some fractional work helping fellow entrepreneurs.

What I love to do (and am good at):
I have experience working with very lean product development teams and getting things up and running. My ideal role combines owning a dev / product team from ideation to delivery to customer success. But the most important part, to me, is building something that provides an exceptional customer experience.
